If a problem arises, she will not take party and report this to the appropriate authority so that the complaint will be dealt with in fairness. She will encourage and support her staff where appropriate and needed. Sometimes, if a member of the front line team complain about a care placement, she will take this serious and address the issues with the appropriate manager. She is a people person and has the skill to negotiate any placement with no issues. There are example which I can provide is requested. Zanela is kind and welcoming to her front line staff. She will do her possible best to cover shift at a last minutes using her staff at a high standard.

She knows her staff and understands their difficulties. She will check on her staff quality at work by liaising with the care providers and managers.
