Ambition has been supplying nurses and carers to our Nursing Centre over many years now. The reason I continue to use Ambition is that they always put us as a client first. Our Recruitment Consultant will always do her utmost to cover shifts, even at very short notice and will do her very best to supply nurses and carers that know our home well. We have an excellent working relationship with our consultant and although we have tried other agencies in the past, the service they provide is not even close to the professional service we receive from Ambition.

Have always found Ambition reliable and helpful, the staff are polite and eager to please and we are kept well informed of their progress in finding staff – even if this is sometimes at short notice. As an inpatient ward , the fact that the service is 24 hours is vital to us. We have become familiar with the staff and they are friendly and helpful – would be happy to recommend this service.
